    Description:

    Providing access for all learners using grade level academic standards, providing access and equity along with investigating new resources.

    Objectives:

    Attendees will how to involve all students, including students with significant cognitive disabilities, in the same academic instruction as their peers.

    ETR and IEP for Related Services Models, policies and procedures Updates

    Description:

    Participants will be provided with a high leverage review of existing laws, practices and procedures in Ohio as well as explore existing state resources/tools to support work and increase compliance & outcomes for all students.

    Objectives:

    • Review critical components of FAPE, Child Find, and Delivery of Service
    • Review current updates to legal mandates, procedures, and practices
    • Walkthrough tools, resources, etc. to help build capacity

    Recommended Audience: 

    Educators in leadership roles such as:

    • Special Education Directors
    • Related Services Provides and School Psychologists
    • Building Administrators
    • General Educators and Teacher Leaders
    • It is highly encouraged that a team includes individuals who have decision-making capacity within the school or district
