Description: Learn to read and interpret EVAAS Value Added and diagnostic reports. Use the reports to inform instructional practices and decisions.

Objectives:

  1. Navigate the new EVAAS website and create Value Added and diagnostic reports
  2. Navigate the public EVAAS website and view comparative scatterplots
  3. Explain expected growth and why EVAAS uses it
  4. Interpret your own Value Added and diagnostic district, building, and teacher reports to inform decisions

Recommended Audience: Superintendents, curriculum leaders, principals, counselors, and instructional coaches

Please make sure you can log into EVAAS at https://ohiova.sas.com/ before the session. Contact your district’s OEDS coordinator (typically HR) if you are unable to log in.
