–
February 12, 2026
Description: Networking is a powerful driver for literacy improvement. It allows educators and administrators to share knowledge and expertise, leading to innovative solutions that enhance implementation and improve student outcomes. Leveraging networks to support implementation intentionally integrates the key levers of high-quality instructional materials (HQIM), high-quality professional learning (HQPL), coaching, data-driven refinement and sustainability.
Objectives:
- Develop and refine MTSS structures aligned with each of the 5 components of MTSS: Teaming structures, Tiered Delivery Model, Comprehensive Assessment System, Data-based Decision-making, Selection & Implementation of Evidence-based Practices.
- Engage in implementation-focused action planning and monitoring to drive strong implementation of MTSS
- Share and receive knowledge and experiences from local schools and districts
Recommended Audience: Educators in leadership roles such as:
- Curriculum directors
- Special education directors
- Building administrators
- Coaches
- Teacher leaders
The content is focused on knowledge-building to improve systems at the district and school level that support MTSS. Therefore, it is highly encouraged that the team attending includes individuals who have decision-making capacity within the school or district.
