Description: Join Regions 10, 13, and 14 in moving transition plans to the next level! Through this session we will look at what planning for different post secondary paths look like and how to imbed them into quality transition plans.
Objectives: Participates will learn about various paths to integrated employment and how the students chosen path should be built into their transition plan.
Recommended Audience: Secondary intervention specialist, transition coordinators, CTE intervention specials and directors.
