Description:
District and school leaders will explore high leverage resources/tools and share their work regarding scheduling and ensuring time for literacy instruction across grade levels, tiers of support, and content areas.
Objectives:
- Scheduling solutions for literacy instruction across grade levels, tiers of instruction, and content areas in Gr. 7-12
- Examples and uses of building master schedules
- Examples of managing time for literacy in content areas
- Examples of structures for tiers of support for literacy.
Recommended Audience:
Educators in leadership roles such as:
- curriculum directors
- special education directors
- building administrators
- coaches
- teacher leaders
*It is highly encouraged that a team includes individuals who have decision-making capacity within the school or district

December 8, 2021Description: Join Regions 10, 13, and 14 in moving transition plans to the next level! Through this session we will look at what planning for different post secondary paths look like and how to imbed them into quality transition plans.
Objectives: Participates will learn about various paths to integrated employment and how the students chosen path should be built into their transition plan.
Recommended Audience: Secondary intervention specialist, transition coordinators, CTE intervention specials and directors.
