Description: Professional learning that will cover the basics of section 5 on the IEP and the indicator 13 checklist. Both dates are identical trainings
Objectives:
- Participates will understand the basics of transition planning
- Participates will understand what the purpose of Indicator 13 checklist
- Participates will use Indicator 13 checklist to review a students transition plan through a case study.
Recommended Audience: This professional learning opportunity is designed for intervention specialist that are new to the post secondary transition planning process.
