Objectives:

• Participates will understand the  basics of transition planning
• Participates will understand what the purpose of Indicator 13 checklist
• Participates will use Indicator 13 checklist to review a students transition plan through a case study.

Recommended Audience: This professional learning opportunity is designed for intervention specialist that are new to the post secondary transition planning process.
