Title:
ETR and IEP for Related Services Models, policies and procedures Updates
Description:
Participants will be provided with a high leverage review of existing laws, practices and procedures in Ohio as well as explore existing state resources/tools to support work and increase compliance & outcomes for all students.
Objectives:
- Review critical components of FAPE, Child Find, and Delivery of Service
- Review current updates to legal mandates, procedures, and practices
- Walkthrough tools, resources, etc. to help build capacity
Recommended Audience:
Educators in leadership roles such as:
- Special Education Directors
- Related Services Provides and School Psychologists
- Building Administrators
- General Educators and Teacher Leaders
- It is highly encouraged that a team includes individuals who have decision-making capacity within the school or district
